CO-FUNDED Brain Circulation Scheme

The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) proposes a new fellowship programme called CO-FUNDED Brain Circulation Scheme (Co-Circulation Scheme). The Co-circulation Scheme is partially supported by the EC-FP7 Marie Curie Actions-People-COFUND and it aims at increasing and facilitating the international mobility of 100 experienced researchers. The scheme will be executed by BİDEB, the Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes Department within TÜBİTAK.

Co-Circulation Scheme is for incoming mobility for periods of 20-24 months (the 4th and last call will be 12 months), for experienced researchers of any nationality with the view to enhance their career perspectives and to assist them in obtaining an independent research position. The Co-Circulation Scheme offers full freedom in the choice of research topics and Turkish research institutes. The Scheme offers adequate funding and full social security coverage to the researchers and their host organisations.
